The Physical Therapist was good, but beware of their payment practices. I paid for 4 visits in Dec. 2017 and my insurance company also paid for those visits. It is Sept 2018 and still no refund. I have called 2 to 4 times a month asking about it, the response is "check will be in the mail" - Really?
