This is my second time coming here and really recommend fertility institute Hawaii to anyone who needs any help with fertility.. Staff is very family and treats you like OHANA.. Thank you for everything

Excellent experience. My husband and I came in after a year of trying to get pregnant on our own. After our first couple of visits it was determined that IVF was our best next step. I appreciated the candid and direct advice. The office is fresh, high tech, efficient, and often buzzing, which gave me confidence. I felt like their processes and procedures were tight, and that I was receiving the absolute best care and treatment possible. Having a specific coordinator was so great, and made the whole process easier. She was so responsive and helpful with the many little questions that pop up along the way. The office staff gets to know you too, so it feels familiar during a process that it's very unfamiliar.

Dr. Frattarelli was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. He is a wonderful doctor. Faye was my coordinator and I couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with me. She is very responsive and helpful.

Dr F is kind, genuine, warm...a man of integrity who obviously is called to his vocation as a physician. Joycelyn is wonderful - always responsive, kind, encouraging and helpful. I'll recommend anyone to the care of this team. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.

Dr. Frattarelli and his staff were very knowledgeable, and could answer and address any questions and concerns I had with the IVF process. I was surprised at the availability of Dr. Frattarelli and his staff, who often answered my e-mailed questions after-hours, and even on weekend nights. All staff were very friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned to make the experience a positive one.

The experience I have had with the staff and doctors at this clinic was excellent. I was treated as a priority my doctors where very knowledgeable, and also took the time to explain things that I did not understand. This facility and the personal that works here were perfect for me to get my treatment done. I would recommend anybody that I knew to this facility because of the awesome service that I received, and I plan on coming back to visit after our children are born.

Dr.'s and staff here were very professional and welcoming. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. By far, the best Dr.'s and staff I've ever dealt with. I will recommend IVF centers of Hawaii to anyone who might inquire.

The best experience for a first time patient. Everyone was extremely informative, helpful, supportive, caring and comfortable. The doctors and staff were very knowledgeable. Upon entry, Emily always greeted me with a friendly smile every time. Miu is by far the best IVF Coordinator. She was always readily available via email and phone. Her friendly demeanor always made me feel comfortable even in the most uncomfortable situations. Jocelyn was also extremely helpful and comforting.

I was recommended for the egg donor because I am kind of POF. But my husband and I would love to use our own DNAs. So we have tried timing intercourse every month even though the chance to conceive was very low. This clinic was perfect for me as following reasons. First, they arranged an appointment for me very flexibly. My cycle is not 28-day which other women’s are normally. So making an appointment flexibly was very helpful for me since I couldn’t expect the next cycle. Second, the laboratory result of the blood test comes back on the same day. They judge the ovulation day from the ultrasound and blood test result, I didn’t miss the ovulation day! Now I am 10week pregnant and I thank them for letting me a mom! There are great and friendly staff there and I miss them already!

We appreciated that the staff were always very warm & welcoming (especially Zoey, Emily, and Trisha). They did their best to answer our many questions, especially as we became more concerned about repeated failed IUIs and several early-stage miscarriages. On some visits, Dr. Frattarelli was very patient and thorough in addressing these questions; during other visits we felt rushed. We felt the nurse practitioners were also very accommodating and that they attempted to address our concerns when possible. While this process was ultimately successful for us and we are extremely grateful, we were often concerned about the non-individualized nature of the treatment, given that our frequent blood test results did not seem to be used to refine or customize our IUI procedure, though this may be an inherent limitation in the process and no fault of the staff. We also had a number of snafus over the course of treatment, including unsuccessful blood draws (when Zoey wasn't here), mix-ups with directions on when or whether to take medications, a couple of failures to call us back and let us know whether or not we should take a pill, a generally confusing billing system, and not letting us know about options for alternative funding sources to get better fertility meds until late in the process. All that said, we are very grateful for the efforts of Dr. Frattarelli and his staff throughout this process. One recommendation we have to further improve the facility is to incorporate a mental health practitioner into the office. It goes without saying that this is an extremely stressful and potentially traumatizing experience for many, and supplemental counseling services provided in-house would likely be a wonderful asset for many of your patients.
