Going through the experience of trying to have a child for so long can be an emotional roller coaster. I appreciate the fact that everyone was so understanding and informative. In our previous experience at another clinic everyone was always so optimistic and when things did not go well it was not always encouraging. I was so happy that everyone was honest and upfront but still optimistic for a great outcome. Dr Karmon and Ashley made our experience so much easier. We have a beautiful child on the way and we are very appreciative of the whole staff.

I came to this clinic after I tried other clinic. My experience at the clinic was much better than the other's. A lot more explanations, kind doctors and staffs and scheduling ease. I'm glad that I chose this clinic and I'd recommend here to others. Thanks a lot!!

Dr. Frattarelli and his staff took wonderful care of us! Everyone is so very friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Your success is their success and you can truly see that in the care and kindness they give to each of their patients. I would highly recommend the Fertility Institute of Hawaii for any couple looking to start a family. I'm glad we did!

I could not be happier with the service my family received here. The empathy and compassion we experienced every step of this journey has been immeasurable. Seeing the faces of each employee in this practice smiling at me when I come through the door and hearing my name not just being read from a chart but coming from their memory tells me that they know and care about me. I am eternally grateful for everything the team of doctors and staff have done for me and my burgeoning family!Also, I love that I never had to wait for extended periods of time in the waiting room, and appointments have been super flexible and have worked with my demanding work schedule.

Our experience has been a delight! Tannyka, our IVF nurse coordinator, has provided the best care we have experienced in a long time. Dr. Karmon makes me feel very comfortable. We are very happily pregnant on our first IVF attempt.

Compared to the previous clinic I was going to, this clinic definitely exceeded expectations. The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly! If I had a question, it was answered very quickly and I felt very comfortable. I was able to be seen earlier than scheduled time, therefore, I made it to work on time. I never had to wait long to be seen by the doctor.
