My family had 3 visits to Baltimore Podiatry Group, all regarding a procedure for in grown toe nail removal. One procedure was completed on the second visit. The outter toe nail has healed very well, so far.
My families overall experience at Baltimore Podiatry group was uncomfortable. The receptionist may have been having a bad few days, and it is unfortunate that her demeanor was reflecting it. Regardless of the service, I set up the third appointment, for the second in grown toe nail removal.
On the third visit, from my perception, the doctor lacked compassion and willingness to help. We left, not having the second procedure finished. In result the toe is still in pain. Seemed the doctor wanted to move along his days appointments, looking for excuses to not complete the second procedure. Schedule more appointments with us, that weren't necessary. I won't go back. My hope is for Baltimore Podiatry to work on improving their service to the community. The way I see it, the longer you wait repairing toe nails the worse they get.
I suggest, be more considerate and care for your patient during the scheduled time they have with you. Not completing a procedure that was scheduled, does not reflect well.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
