I was seen by the doctor and told because of previous needs for DVT testing that I should alert him if I had problems after his treatment. I did have problems and notified by way of a message via his receptionist. I asked for a callback...none came. The next day I then wrote on his contact section of his website that I was dissatisfied at the noncompliance of a callback and as of this date, 1 and 1/ 2 weeks later, no callback from his office at all. I just sent a comment via his website again telling him I was cancelling my next appointment and I'm going to another podiatrist. I don't know if it's his employees that are not giving him the information or if he just doesn't care. No matter now, I wouldn't go back at all. The visit on the day I went was frenzied, he dictated to his nurse while I was talking with him and it made me feel extremely hesitant to add to his workload...I watched four patients going into the same room, he exited within 10-15 minutes each, leaving 2 of the patients still adjusting their clothing as he left the door wide open to the waiting area where the next patients were sitting... I didn't feel comfortable with their privacy, not to mention my own.
