Should have know there was something wrong when I called to make an appt. and the doctor himself answered the phone. When I called back to double-check appt. he answered again. Upon arriving at the soho location, it was apparent the Dr. was backed up. There was another patient with the same time appt. waiting as well. The doctor came out, apologized for making a booking mistake, even though i had called to confirm my appt earlier. He told me to wait, it wouldn't be more then 20mins. After an hour total of waiting- I told the receptionist I was leaving and that I would be writing a negative review. Only then did the doctor come out and tell me he was sorry again and that he could see me now. At that point it was too late and I didn't want to have anything to do with his completely unprofessional manner and office.
