I am trying to find Dr.. Joel Backer, who used to be in Gloucester, VA. I have tried his phone number...not the correct number. I called 1-804-285-0510 and it says after ringing many times..."Enter your remote access number". PLEASE send me your office number. I am interested in his facial products. He was my doctor when he practiced in Gloucester County, VA. I knew he was moving back to Richmond .Help me get in touch with his office!!! The 5 stars are for when he practiced in Gloucester County, VA. My number is 1-804-966-2119
