Lincare (West Columbia SC) has absolutely the Worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. After 3 weeks of begging them to come pick up their equipment, we didn't even have one return phone call. We called daily and left message after message. We were always placed on hold and left holding for over 30 to 45 minutes many times. Finally, on 2/25/2022 we decided to call for the final time. We called the West Columbia # and was transfered to "The Call Center" And laced on hold again for 20+ min. We finally got a man.on the phone and explained our 3 week ordeal. His response was "We are taking care of the living and we will get to you when we can". I explained, 3 weeks was plenty of time to take care of us and if the equipment was not picked up by 5PM today, it was going into the dumpster. He accused me of being childish and threatening. I assured him there was no threat only a promise.... but the "Childish" thing was rude. So what do you do when customer service is non-compliant and rude???? You call the CEO in Clearwater Fla.... and get placed on HOLD! We hung up and called again and demanded an immediate return call. We received that call within 15 minutes from a wonderful man, "Steven Dees" from the Executive Offices of LinCare. He assured us the problem would be taken care of by 5PM today. LinCare was at our home at 2:15PM picking up all equipment, less than 2 hours from speaking to Steven. The call center and the West Columbia office couldn't do it in 3 weeks. I dispise POOR customer service and LinCare of West Columbia win that award. # 1 in Poor, Lousey and trashy customer service, but Steven is a winner!
