they absolutely are terrible.....rented to purchase Cpap...they did not file for purchase with insurance...was losing it in 3 months...was told ins would only rent first....a lie. was told it would cost me 500...another lie 650???
no follow up, no phone calls returned.....total ripoff very bad company
was told by home office they were aware of problems in Covington
even called to purchase supplies no ans left message,...lol never retuned
