I liked their products and the facial that they did to me last year and i really want to go back but when i called them for another appointment, the receptionist who's dealing with the appointments is very unpleasant and not friendly. She should not be the one dealing with customers since for the business to be successful, being nice and friendly is one of the factors too. Now i gonna look for different spa instead of dealing this kind of customer service.
