They were kind of knowledgeable about the different types of contacts available. I wasn't entirely convinced they knew what they were talking about however. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
