My family has been patients here for 12 years now. The service throughout the years was good except for the last two visits.

Dr. Paige and Dr. Yamamoto are great, but the people whom you visit before the doctor? No so much. On 12-3-14, my daughter and I were there for our eye exams and glasses. Was greeted by the friendly receptionist. The person that takes you back for the eye testing, was not friendly and seemed almost inconvenienced by me. She tells me my 5 year old daughter cannot come back with me because it would disrupt other patients appts! What is going on here?? The lady was super rude and seemed like I disrupted her web surfing time.

We have 5 people in our household that wear eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses through Arizona's Vision. No more. Customer service has suffered over the years from the eye examiners very scantily dressed with litterally half their breat exposed (try explaining that to a young child) to the "you are bothering us" service... Sorry, but we are done.

When the office reads this review... you guys can keep the custom ordered Oakley reading frames I had pre-ordered before my visit.

If you choose Arizona's Vision, good luck and I hope you have lots of patience to deal with these people. There are lots of places here in the valley to provide this service and I will be going elsewhere.
