Dr Rasner and her staff are wonderful. She is very thorough and professional, while being kind and caring as well. My family has gone to her for many years. Her optician is very helpful and personable. She helps find the best options for your needs and budget. We have been more than happy with the services and excellent staff. ***
I didn't realize just how
exceptonall this office was until my ins changed and Dr Rasner was not in my provider group. I went to another Optometrist office. The quality of care I received was so inferior to what I was used to that I decided to return to Dr Rasner and staff and pay out of pocket rather than use my insurance benefits. They offered a discount because of my situation (no ins) and while it cost a little more, it was so worth it. I am happy to be back where I am confident I am getting the very best care.
