My back has been getting stronger and the time frame between visits (time until my back starts to go out) has been increasing. Now I only need to visit once or twice a month. Most back pain has gone.

My wife and 13 year old daughter also visit Dr Collins.

Very good doctor, whom I would highly recommend.

It is sad to say, I found Dr. Collins' office so unorganized and poorly managed. The wait times were very long despite having a scheduled appointment. The office manager was very unfriendly and gossiped about other patients in a tone loud enough for me to hear. If she was talking about other patients, what would she be saying about me? She treated the employees with such disrespect and it seemed that the good massage therapists never stayed very long. I loved seeing Michelle- she was great! She was so skilled and so attentive to my needs- I always felt so much better after seeing her. I bought a package of massages with her because she was so good and when I went for my appointment, she was not there. The office manager was rude and simply said, "She is no longer here- you can see the other massage therapist". I will never go back to that office! I referred several people there so they could have massages with Michelle because she was so good. I even bought several packages for friends as gifts. I wanted my friends to see Michelle for their massages. I do not care for the new therapist and the turn-over rate is high, I don't know who I will be getting. When you find a great massage therapist, you want to stay with them. It's too bad- Dr. Collins seems to be a good chiropractor, but the office manager is very difficult to deal with. I will need to find a new chiropractor.
