Jane Steinberg is an excellent therapist.

Not only is she deeply skilled in EMDR, as well as Biodynamics (two incredibly useful tools for clients to heal effectively), but she is also very committed to her work.
Always learning, Jane gives her best to each and every client.

As you might imagine with psychotherapy, it is impossible to make every client "happy", and to be the perfect fit for everyone, and Jane has incredibly skills, wisdom, empathy, and a huge heart. Her office just happens to be extremely convenient, with ample parking and close to many, many MUNI lines, and it is SO LOVELY!! (I don't know about you - but that makes a huge difference to me. Her space is so serene and pretty.

What has really impressed me about Jane - and makes her so vastly different from so many other therapists - is that Jane has been invested in offering her services pro-bono, for people with no little resource. What more need I say? That is very, very compassionate and highly important.

I can highly recommend Jane from the bottom of my heart.
