First treatment I didn't think he did anything. He told me I might hurt the next day because my head was off by 5 degrees before adjustment- showed me on the xray.
Yes I hurt next day. Went back for second adjustment and COMPLETE RELIEF!!!
I don't want to see another crunch chiropractor. The NUCCA way, for me, is worth paying out of pocket ( my insurance doesn't cover). To stop debilitating, life-altering pain, is worth it.

Excellent experience! I have been to many of "the Best" so-called doctors to no avail. A friend had recommended Dr. Mac to me for years... I finally went. Thank goodness I did. He has helped me tremendously with my migraines and chronic neck pain from an auto accident 20 yrs ago. There are no "high pressure" sales. He presented a plan of attack, my insurance covers most of it and I pay the nominal balance. If you want help, call Dr. Mac. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Thank you Dr. Mac and your wonderful staff. I would recommend you to anybody.

I highly recommend you stay away from McCullough Spine Care! They tell you one fee and then on your second visit overwhelm you with an aggressive long-term treatment plan and a fortune in fees. I was very uncertain and upset but was told I could cancel at any time without penalty and only pay for treatment received. I was required to pay at the time of each visit. My first visit I was charged what I I had been told when I made the appointment. I was overcharged on my second visit (which was my last) and then a month later they charged even more money to my credit card and also received payment from my insurance. I had to cancel my FSA card and my credit card and am still fighting to get my money back. I would encourage anyone who has experienced this to contact your credit card company and also the Division of Consumer Affairs. One charge was reversed by my credit card company but the rest is still in dispute.

I was specifically seeking care from a NUCCA certified chiropractor. Check the NUCCA.org site to make sure whomever you choose is certified.
