The parking situation at their studio wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but it definitely wasn't the best. I eventually found a spot but it took me a very long time. I was able to ask a couple of questions throughout the class, but most of the time I had to figure out what to do on my own. I wish they would have taken more time to answer my questions. My session felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The staff was clearly well trained in most areas. That training enabled them to be quite helpful to me with most of my questions. They didn't answer most of my questions, and gave me very basic, general instructions. I didn't feel like I learned very much. I felt left out of the loop, as if I wasn't one of the regulars so I didn't require any special attention or any adjustments in my poses. Everyone seemed distant. I would say this place is more about the money they can make of their clients, than how much they actually care.

They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
