I don’t remember how I found/or was referred to Dr. Muthaiah; but, I lucked out. He has been my Primary just over 6 years now and I feel like Dr. Muthaiah is my health care partner. I feel I can discuss my health concerns, medication issues, test results and we can work on them; and I think that is important to be able to discuss your medical concerns with your doctor. And, I take between appointments notes and Dr. Muthaiah is fine with that, and if friends as me who I go to I have no hesitation recommending him.

Horrible doctor. Keeps giving me antidepressants for my anxiety disorder even though I've told him several times they make my suicidal/homicidal. Asked for blood work to see if I had an underlining health issue causing my panic attacks. He refused. He told me to stop reading the side effects of my medication and googling symptoms, basically telling me it's all in my head and told me to find a shrink. He doesn't make eye contact, rushes you and he even answered his cell phone once and had a full blown conversation during my app. Going back to my old doctor even though I'll have to pay out of pocket cause he doesn't take my insurance. Worth it though, atleast I can get the proper treatment and tests I deserve.
