Hello to everyone, let me start by saying, that I have been a customer of Olga Flores Spa, 7 year’s. II will not go to any other establishment for any kind of treatments. My personal experience has always been professional. Once you enter into the Spa you are greeted by the receptionist at the front desk. She is very pleasant, and accommodating to your needs. What I truly like is that I am taken in right away. I have tried most of the services Olga’s Spa has to offer. I have enjoyed everything from facials to body massages. It’s a very welcoming environment . iIt’s worth every penny of mine. Thank you Olga, and your amazing staff.

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They had a very poor selection of products for sale. I was hoping to be able to buy some great beauty products to use at home and I was very disappointed. My beauty treatment was not enjoyable at all. It was very painful and I was in agony the entire time. They push you to get a package and once you get the package, they don't have available appointments. The appointments are far apart and they never call you to remind you of the appointment, if you miss the appointment they count it as a session, which is really unfair. They are not about satisfying a customer but having them spend their money with unnecessary treatments. I do not recommend this spa, there are plenty of other spas that know how to treat customers in a nice, friendly manner.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Bought a Groupon to go there and they didn't have availability until 2013! Said they were booked every single Saturday until December. So my Groupon expired and now I cannot get the services I had purchased. Was not accomodating at all. Plus now I've spoken to people who have gone there and they said I am better off cause the services were horrible. Looks like they are a scam. Don't ever go there!!!
