Hands down the best psychiatrist and therapist in town

Dr. Chofla has helped me change my life and I strongly recommend him to anybody looking for a psychiatrist in the area. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years for depression and I disliked most of them. I like Dr. Chofla!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I originally went to see Dr. Chofla because he had extremely good reviews. I promised my self I would review him if they were true and they were! I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking (It is very stylish too). I found a spot within a matter of minutes (right over my Chipotle). I called some other doctors and they took days to get back to me. Dr. Chofla's office call you right away, which is important for me. It's never taken them more than an hour or so to call me back and we did play a little tag at the beginning. I felt safe under their care. Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early and they were still ready to see me.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
