He listens and he is quick - I often don't wait long to see him - even though I am most times a WALK IN. Due to my severe autism child I can't always PLAN when I can get away to see him. He has helped MY BACK many times over the years. I wish I could afford to see him more often. But Neil is GREAT so nice and friendly.
