They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they are often able to squeeze me in at the last minute if I'm having a problematic day. They are extremely reliable. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I've seen a different chiropractor who told me it would take over a year to get better, but Dr. Smith "fixed" me in a month or two. (I have a bit more severe problems than most patients.) I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
