They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
