He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all and their instructions were right on. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time and never had to wait more than a few minutes.
