When we first started seeing Dr Roffler, we were in bad shape from an accident many years ago. We have seen a huge difference in how we feel. Their staff is very friendly, and welcoming. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They were nice enough, but after going for months, I didn't see an improvement and although the staff claims "Dr. Roffler's the best" there were appointments when I left feeling ripped out of my money because I could feel there wasn't actually anything adjusted during my adjustment — it was like a quick little push or two and that was it. I was back out the door. Plus, they don't take insurance so it became super expensive. I really wanted to stick with it, but I felt frustrated by the money I was spending. I am not going back for primarily that reason, and I would suggest not visiting Dr. Roffler unless you have money to spare (or if you can make friends with them — it seems some of their patients received special discounts that some of us did not.)

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff did not make me feel stupid for calling. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
