They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Never, they are very reliable.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
