They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
