I went there seeking relief and left two hours later with NO relief. She did not adjust me. Her exam was hurried. When I tried to convey my areas of pain, she was abrupt and not ready to talk about that at that moment. After the exam, she instructed me to get dressed. I asked her if she was going to give me some relief for the intense tingling in my arm. She looked at me and walked away. I needed a handicap certificate signed for renewal. She was going to charge me $25 to sign her name. NOT HAPPY is an understatement. She is rude. I wasted two hours and have had no help - but am supposed to return Monday. I think NOT.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
