I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.
