I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office help does not put patients first. They claim to take "walk-ins" but never will when I walk in. They double bill my insurance many times. I love the doctors, but can't get around the office help to contact them about the rudeness the office staff exude.

Not only was my pain gone after my adjustment, but I felt great mentally as well. I definitely saw a huge difference; and, every single question I had was answered. I have been quite impressed with the progress I have made since my visit ; and, I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Pinard's adjustments have always helped me a great deal. I tried another chiropractor that was a bit more convenient for me, but he didn't help and made me hurt more. Dr. Pinard turned me around. He has educated me on taking care of myself. The ONLY rough part, is I usually have to wait a while after my scheduled appointment time. The quality of his care keeps me going back despite that.

I started seeing Dr. Pinard on referral from a friend. Have been very pleased with the care I have received from the very first visit. I recommend Dr. P. to all I meet who talk about starting Chiropractic treatments.

Knowledgeable, professional, and willing to talk/listen through all the details. Had no trouble considering various approaches and made a number of suggestions for self help that proved to be extremely beneficial. Overall excellent experience and results to match.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinard and his staff
