I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Love Dr. Benter & miss visiting him terribly. Went here for many years while living in Cheboygan and since moving to St. Louis, I haven't found a single Chiropractor that I've liked. I would absolutely recommend visiting him any time! Be sure to call ahead though, as he has a lot of patients.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
