The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The adjustment was done at a vendor show in TN. I was not physically in an office. Dr. Dawn made an adjustment to my previously (6 months prior) sprained ankle. Two days after the adjustment and ice (per her advice) I feel wonderful! Absolutely NO PAIN!!
