I was fairly confident that he was well educated and knew his area of expertise. My daughter had gone to him previously and had good results. He gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. However, please make sure that you never have to break an appointment without a full 24 hour notice. I had to break two. The first, I was ill and vomiting and the second, my son-in-law was being admitted to the hospital for a staph infection. I cancelled the rest of my appointments at that time, with the intention of continuing when I was no longer needed to help out with my grandson. I was charged $50.00 each time for breaking the appointments. There was no negotiations with this. I had planned to go back after the ordeal with my son-in-law was over, however, after paying $100.00 for nothing, I will be looking for a new doctor.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
