I was never explained my treatment method before my adjustment was performed. They never told me what they would be doing to me. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I felt better after my appointment and look forward to my next visit; I went in knowing it would take at least three visits to correct the problem and give me some relief. The doctor was knowledgable and explained my condition to me in "layman's terms". The office staff was extremely friendly and informative and gave me tips on how to hasten my recovery. I have been to many chiropractors in the past and am very satisfied with this one.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.
