I prepaid one year of chiropractic, which was $1760. I financed $1500 on a credit card called Care Credit which they set me up with, I paid the remaining $260 cash. After seven months I wanted to cancel service, I still had $700 left on my Care Credit card left to pay. They said they would not refund me any money and actually said that I owe them $398 which they would zero out. This is not way to run a business, completely unprofessional.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
