When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I haven't started treatment yet...waiting for insurance pre-authorization.
