They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
