They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. The office was easy enough to find. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
