Never, they are very reliable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Dr. Caya goes out of his way to care for and make everyone feel equally respected. He never overbooks appointments. He is completely committed to helping his clients. He does not prolong treatment and will recommend alternatives he believes would be more successful. Recommendations can encompass traditional medical care. I and members of my family have been using Dr. Caya for over 25 years and we highly endorse and recommend him to other family members and friends.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. The office was easy enough to find. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
