I felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I got right in to see Dr. Turner. The office's appearance was pleasing, very well organized and well taken care of. After my treatment, I was pleased that my back pain was almost completely gone, with this one visit! I will definitely go back. I have alot of faith and trust in Dr. Turner.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.

I gave Dr. Turner a mixed review. He is very smart and accomplished; and has good judgment and gives excellent advice. His facilities are good. He is reasonably efficient in rendering care, i.e. doesn't prolong treatment to pad the bill. HOWEVER, while he can be charming at times, at other times he talks too much and has a tendency to make intrusive and/or tactless remarks. I am still grateful for the care he gave me and for his excellent advice, but his manners leave a little to be desired.
