First chiropractor that took their time with taking care of me. I felt good leaving his office and wasnt forced to come back for repeat visits. He politely asked if I wanted to come back the next day. With the amount of care I was provided the first visit it was a no brainier I'd be coming back. Great care, very kind and understanding and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Richins truly cares for his patients and this demonstrated with his understanding and compassion of ones pain. The office is clean and orfanized, and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend this gifted chiropractor.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.
