Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
