1) Helen Shaw is on probation from the Chiropractor board. Search Helen Shaw Chiropractic Probation, and you'll see the 2014 Summer/Fall Cal Chiropractor Newsletter. Please contact the Chiropractor Board, and confirm this for yourself. SHE IS A CROOK.

2) Helen Shaw has told me that she expects her patients to pay themselves, and then get reimbursed by their insurance companies.


3) She overcharges massively for her services, and operates out of her household.

4) She has charges on her record for insurance fraud. These charges include CHARGING FOR SERVICES SHE DIDN'T PROVIDE
