Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

I went to see Dr. Ticen after hearing about him from a friend. At the time I was literally losing the ability to walk. My doctors had been telling me to not carry a purse, stop driving my car with the clutch and that I was looking at possible hip replacement surgery. I was in a tremendous amount of pain all the time. I went to Dr. Ticen, he is very sweet, extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun! He made me feel comfortable and certain I was in good hands. Well I was correct I was in good hands. I saw Dr. Ticen for 3 weeks a couple of times a week and today I am 100% pain free, I walk fine, I exercise nearly every day and run around like I were 20 years younger than I am. I check in with Dr. Ticen every couple of months just for good measure. He is delightful and I know I can count on him to fix whatever ails me!
