They have never misdiagnosed me, but sometimes they seem confused. I feel like maybe they aren't sure what the source of my pain is. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. The staff was fine but the lady that gave me the pep talk about chiropractic was a little spacy. I would rather have the Doctor go over my medical information. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. This appointment was on time, but the table I was adjusted on hurt my nose and was very uncomfortable.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

The woman at the front was as friendly as the doctor. I was told what to expect each step of the way and the money I spent was explained to me BEFORE I spent it. The whole visit was refreshing, mentally and physically.
Highly recommended.
