They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
