I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. This provider has shady promotions going on and they really go for the up-sale. They didn't follow through with anything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. The doctor tells most people they need to buy a plan for about 2500.00 for best results, total crap. Why is the Dr. a very large man selling weight loss, it doesn't work. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was disappointed that the doctor seemed more like a salesman & his staff was disorganized. They weren't disrespectful but not trained and very unqualified.
