Dr. Monson has always answered my questions and been able to explain everything to me in a clear, concise and understandable way. My husband and I have gone to him for years. I never hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.

I have had two back surgeries and have seen numerous chiropractors over the years. NEVER have I seen one who treated me with care and respect like Dr. Dan. He will NOT treat you if he feels he could damage you and he was very careful about my treatment plan because of my surgeries. I trust him completely while the others I saw cracked and took my cash. NOT Dr. Dan. Referred me for an MRI when I was in significant pain in 2003, turns out I had a bulged disc that required surgery. Saw him again a few months ago and he did xrays to see what I was now compared to '03. Highly recommend him.

I have to question the ethics of a Dr. Like this that does case reviews on patients and denies there care without ever seeing the patient. He is paid by the insurance companies to find reasons to deny care, no matter how miniscule the reason is. Please avoid any doctor like this, that appears to be selfish, black hearted, and obviously does not care for patients and is in this business for the money, and lacks true compassion.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff always has my chart ready when I walk in the door and they know my name. I love the family like atmosphere in this office. The new decor in the office is stunning!

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

This chiropractor denies care that other chiropractors provide. I am cautious about chiropractors who deny reasonable treatment provided by a reputable chiropractor.
