I didn't have to wait at all here, they got me in immediately! They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They got my appointment in the same day!
They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait in the appointment room long at all. Lisa is professional and very good at both acupuncture and chiropractic. I certainly recommend her services.
