I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
What is a HUGE turn off as other reviewers have mentioned on Yelp, etc -- they keep calling. WHAT part of I WILL CALL U do you NOT understand? It seems more like a mill they getta' on the hook to keep comming. Since Cary area is relatively large and popular I am sure I can find another chiropractic office that will treat me with respect and not a numbr or dollar sign--sorry Obamacare!

Dr Banard has a unique approach with his holistic healing and is professional and greets all his patients. I find his adjustments to be acceptable. His care and compassion when it comes to holistic healing is phenomenal. The deduction of stars and lower rating comes with the staff and overall office environment. The building is old and not sure how much can be re-done to make it a soothing and relaxing environment. I agree that it does smell somewhat stale and like cigarettes - yuk! The gal at the desk always taking her breaks probably has some a cigarette and the smell just lingers stays in that area. I have never had a massage there and have no intentions of even trying it there for the following reasons: walls are so thin and would not be able to get relaxed, I hear the office staff constantly hound clients to schedule next appt and find it very tacky how they ask but more like 'demand' a tip for the massage therapist. OMG, who does this? A message therapist at a chiro's office sounds great but i would skip it hear even it was free to avoid dealing with the front desk staff. Another deduction is for the constant hounding 'when can we get ya' back in here!' The front desk does come off as rude when I witness their phone manners and etiquette. They complain and keep patients and clients on hold on the phone way too long. I had witnessed it there one day a few months ago and could not believe the way they complain about the person calling who had a problem with purchasing a groupon and had a terrible massage and wanted a refund. Another reason that I would go someplace else for message therapy. Luckily, I only see Dr Bannard on an as-needed basis and politely say 'I WILL CALL U for my next appt!' Be prepared, you will get at least 2 more phone calls before they get the message. This makes it seem like desperation to keep calling and is a huge turn off to any patient and potential new clients. You have been informed, good luck!
